Friday practice (2) - Australian MotoGP, Phillip Island

Full Friday free practice times (2) from the Australian MotoGP at Phillip Island, round 17 of 18.
Yamaha's Ben Spies will miss the remainder of the season after undergoing surgery to repair shoulder injuries at the Malaysian Grand Prix.

Local rider Kris McLaren has been drafted into the Avintia Blusens squad in place of the injured Yonny Hernandez this weekend.

Lets get this straight... He used the same tyre for every lap in the morning until 15 minutes to go in the second session. SO he was still doing 1:30's after race length on the tyres. He jumped onto his second bike with the hard tyre on. His first flying lap on the hard tyre and he does a sub 1:30. He is brilliant!
