British MotoGP, Silverstone - Qualifying 1

Qualifying times (1) from the British MotoGP at Silverstone, round 12 of 18.
The top two riders in Q1 now progress to the Q2 pole position shootout, where they will join the ten fastest riders after third practice.

The others will start, in the following order, from 13th on the grid onwards.

Ducati test rider Michele Pirro is again replacing the re-injured Ben Spies at Pramac. Cardion AB's Karel Abraham is also absent through to injury, but has not been replaced.

Lets all expect a thrilling battle of the year tomorrow...First two rows are on the best shape....These guys simply kicked casey's pole record like a football....Rossi simply amazing...Hard fought battle for second row....Thrilling Sunday...
