Great race and good to see Mr VDS up there on the rostrum.

He should get some award for services to racing and he seems to be enjoying it even more since he dumped the car teams. Good bloke.

Garcia: Good race. Good to see Nakagami on the podium he's had some bad luck this year. Pasini forgot different rules apply to Rossi than to the rest of riders lol, still fourth is a good result, he's having a good come back this year. [\blockquote]

If you're referring to 2015 - Rossi was hit and forced across the chicane - Pasini wasn't

Lol, yeah, 'hit' , that's what Pasini said, 'l had nowhere to go' , and he didn't, but the rules are the rules... for some. Anyway it is what it is, all riders know at this stage.

Mattia wrote on his Facebook that he accepted the decision of the Race Direction, and knew it was fair, so he took his punishment sportingly. I think all his fans realised as soon as we saw it what would happen, and I'm just glad it was not a time penalty and he got to keep his fourth place! He's having a great season.

Well done to all the three podium finishers. It was another very exciting Moto2 race in the end. But Luthi must win one and soon!
