I'm sure Lorenzo doesn't care who Stoner is at this point because he doesn't matter. He's probably more concerned about who's leading the championship and who may be catching up i.e. Rossi.

Rossi was probably just swapping that tyre out to his other machine to see how it felt with a different setup. Faster to do that than to completely change the setup of the machine he was on. Would indicate it was a major setup change. Maybe he has chatter.
