Because the Ducati TC is the worst of the bunch, it does less than than the rest.
Marco needs an impecable "Honda" type all controlling TC that wont spit him off the second he opens the throttle.

The Ducati is also hard to control unlike the easy peesy Honda and Yamaha.

So combine all the ingredients for a tuff bike and Marco is out of is depth.
Put him back on a Honda and he will be back to his old inconsistent Random Number Selector days.....at least he wont be last?
