All in all though, the chassis lets you use everything the GSX-R has with plenty of confidence, something I can vouch for having ridden the bike on track a couple of times. And when you’re able to go flat out, as you can on circuit, the
Suzuki
shows no short-comings and the brakes that work so well on the road continue to perform in the same effective and unflustered manner.
It’s another clear indication of the bike’s broad-ranging ability. There isn’t much it can’t do, and there’s not much it can’t do well. I’d say it’s the most versatile of all the 600s, and given its price it arguably offers the best value too. Bearing in mind that it’s stylish, fast, comfortable, manageable and fit for a multitude of purposes, it’d be hard for anyone to challenge that view. The supersport class might be a tough one, but the GSX-R600 is more than capable of competing in it.
