Rutter column: Broken wrist, broken bikes.

In his latest exclusive column for Crash.net, Isilon MSS Discovery Kawasaki’s Michael Rutter talks about how he raced at the Isle of Man TT with a broken scaphoid - and still got a top ten finish...

I’ve been helping Stuart Easton as he has been out on my Superbike at Mondello as well as his 600 and he seems to be going a bit better. He was on the front row in Supersport and he finished 15th in the Superbike race - he was well on it.

With a damaged wrist there isn’t too much I can get up to training wise. I can’t do a great deal as when you run round you can feel it moving. It’s alright, I’ve just got to take it easy and get this wrist better.

Hopefully I’ll be back on track soon, preferably for Knockhill - I’ll see you there.
