Double victory for Lavilla.

Gregorio Lavilla got exactly what he wanted at Brands Hatch and that was to finish his season on a high. He took a spectacular double win at the intricate Indy circuit for his Airwaves Ducati team.

With Byrne falling Crutchlow was now into third place and on for his first podium of the year. Kiyo had to settle for fourth place with all his work done in race one to wrap up the title.

Leon Haslam didn't have the race weekend he had hoped for and finished in fifth place just ahead of Chris Walker who pulled in healthy sixth place.

Sykes had to run his number two machine after setting his number one machine on fire during race one. He came home in seventh place with that long awaited race win still eluding him.

Karl Harris took the Hydrex Honda to eighth place following a crash in race one. James Haydon on the Hawk Colchester Kawasaki picked up ninth and Michael Rutter completed the top ten on the Isilon MSS Discovery Kawasaki.
