I’ve discovered mini bikes and love playing with my new one. Where I live with my girlfriend, Chaz and Jodie Davies, have a kart track there so we’ve kitted the bikes out with supermoto wheels and we’ve been playing about on that. It is good fun, you can ride it as a road racer or ride it like a supermoto and back it in and just have a good play. It is definitely good fun, and it is a good way to pass the day and at least you are on a motorbike and it is kind of like racing.
I’m a little worried about getting injured on it but I’ll not tell Birdy about it! I used to do quite a bit of motorcross years ago and I got injured quite bad before one of the races, so Paul isn’t so keen on me doing that during the season, so I keep that for out of season. I do play about with my supermoto bike but these mini bikes seem a bit less dangerous than the 250 that I ride. It is good fun and a bit of elbow bashing. We’ve got a race going this Friday, looking forward to getting in there with all the mini moto boys!
