Leon Camier who suffered a massive off at Cadwell Park on Bank Holiday Monday during the second Bennetts British Superbike race is recovering well in hospital.

Bike Animal Honda's Leon Camier suffered a sickening crash at Cadwell Park's infamous Mountain section. In the fall that shocked race fans, Camier sustained a dislocated knee, a fractured left femur and a fractured pelvis.

He was air lifted to hospital and under went a two hour operation to insert a rod into his damaged left femur. The operation has been deemed a success and he is recovering well in Lincoln Hospital.
