Having clinched the British Superstock Championship last season thanks to Glen Richards in its first season of bike racing, Embassy Moto has confirmed that it will compete in both the 2008 British Supersport and 600 Superstock Series' as the only official factory supported Triumph works team.
The team will aim to make the most of its commitments in the Le Mans Series to help promote the Triumph brand, with the marketing synergy between the two programmes having proved to be key in bringing the Triumph deal together.

Daytona 675s are currently being built by Embassy Moto to race specification, although the detail of how the Triumph brand will cross-over into the Le Mans Series programme is being finalised.
However, the brand is expected to feature prominently on both the team's new–for-2008 WF01 and racing apparel.
"As soon as I knew we had the opportunity to talk to Triumph I didn't hesitate," team principal Jonathan France said. "The strength and clarity of the brand and the corporate philosophy of professional independence was very appealing to me. I was convinced we had shared values on many levels and I was very interested in exploring how our individual strengths would combine to reflect positively on each other.
"Following our discussions it was clear that we were of the same mind. We saw things in the same way and were ready to commit resources and experience to help each other. The detail is still being worked out, but I expect to see much increased Triumph exposure this year, not only in BSS but certainly the Le Mans Series."
