Byrne heads both sessions but Camier is getting closer for Airwaves Ducati.

"I am feeling a lot better," revealed the 21-year-old. "I have changed a few things on the bike and am feeling much more comfortable with it now.

"Physically I feel good and after my result at Oulton Park I am a lot more confident about my race fitness. Tomorrow I want to get a good start so I can get away with the front runners and push for a podium finish."

The grid positions for both races are taken from the qualifying results of April's abandoned meeting: therefore Byrne will start from pole position and Camier heads the second row in fifth.
