Cal Crutchlow fastest in warm-up at Oulton Park.

Cal Crutchlow consolidated his place at the top of the timesheets this weekend by going fastest in warm-up at Oulton Park.

The HM Plant Honda rider has been quick come rain or shine this weekend, but while the sun refuses to make its presence felt just yet, he was once again in charge with a lap of 1min 37.993secs.

While a smattering of rain during the 15 minute session meant track action was relatively scarce, Shane Byrne matched his qualifying position to go second fastest, while Friday pace setter Karl Harris was third and Leon Haslam fourth.

James Ellison was fifth on the Honda, while Billy McConnell continued his strong weekend with a run to the sixth best lap. Michael Rutter, Cup riders John Lavery and Gary Mason, as well as Simon Andrews rounded out the top ten,

Meanwhile, having been a doubt for the races today, Leon Camier was back out on the Airwaves Ducati, albeit in a modest 12th place after completing six laps.
