Co-ordit aiming to finish the 2008 Bennetts British Superbike Championship with a return to the Superbike grid.

The Co-ordit British Superbike team could be back on the grid for the final round of the season at Brands Hatch after missing the last two rounds.

The team were forced to pull the plug on their involvement in BSB before the Croft of the championship, but have continued to compete in both the Superstock and Henderson R1 Cup.

Now the team, which ran World Superbike refugee Dean Ellison for much of the season, is keen to get back on the grid for Brands Hatch, revealing they are talking to a number of riders.

“We are in talks with a few riders who would like to run the Co-ordit Superbike at Brands Hatch,” said team owner Pete Bradshaw. “So watch this space!”

Ellison's best result with the Co-ordit Yamaha this season was 14th place at Donington Park, Oulton Park and Mallory Park.
