Sylvain Guintoli will be introduced to fans at the forthcoming Carole Nash NEC Bike Show in November, the Crescent Suzuki team have confirmed.
Guintoli, who currently races in
MotoGP with Alice Ducati, will ride in the British Superbike Championship in 2009 after concluding a deal to race with the Suzuki team.
Although his commitments with the Italian team mean he has been silent on the matter so far, the Frenchman will be presented by the team at the annual show for a chance to greet fans and become officially integrated into the Suzuki brand.
For Suzuki GB Marketing Manager George Cheeseman, Guintoli's move from the premier motorcycle racing scene to Suzuki in the UK is an important coup for the brand.
