Fans attending the second round of the HiQ MSA British Touring Car Championship at Rockingham this weekend could be given the chance to watch the action in style – if they find a golden ticket, a la 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory'.
not really related to the article, but they really should find more things to run at Rockingham, its a superb facility (i went there to watch an ASCAR/DoT race back in 03 i think it was), lots of empty seats at the time, but a brilliant circuit for fans to visit, but they should run more things there, it amazes me how it remains open!
road course is a bit twisty for some things though, but does anything use the oval course anymore since ASCAR/DoT vacated???
VERY TRUE bouncebackability bw ;) ROCKINGHAM IS A EXCELLENT CIRCUIT, IT'S NICE NOT TO BE RIPPED OFF THERE AS THE TICKETS ARE SLIGHTLY CHEAPER THAN THE MSV CIRCUITS BUT THE AWESOME STANDS TAKE SOME BEATING AND THERE FREE!! I'LL BE THERE SUNDAY WATCHING GIOVANARDI SHOWING THE REST HOW IT'S DONE1
