Jason Plato was one of the stars of the 2007 season but, having led the title race for much of the year, he ultimately fell just short as Fabrizio Giovanardi took a first crown.
Having re-signed with SEAT for the foreseeable future, Plato remains as focused as ever on giving his team a first drivers’ title while also going for a second crown to add to the one he snared in acrimonious fashion back in 2001 while with Vauxhall.
