Denny Hamlin has backed down over his threat to appeal and refuse to pay a $25,000 fine imposed on him for recent media comments.

The fact is he never had a choice as to whether or not he would pay, they take it from his earnings after the appeal and he looses. Hamlin is nothing but a big crybaby and always has been. Hope Joey puts him out Sun.

Take Joey out of the car and fine him. Denny gave him plenty of room and even all announcers agree Joeys' in-experience looking anyway for a win slid up into the 11
I say Joey doesn't finish Martinsville and it won't be the 11 who does it. From inside sources it will happen.

Why does Nascar favor one driver (Tony Stewart) over another.
It seem Stewart can do or say what ever he wants and no action taken against him!! Dale JR. a few years back used a (no so bad word) and was fined 25 points. Poor
Denny gets fined $ 25000.00 for speeking his opion in a Country with freedom of speach. Nascar you better wake up, you are losing fans right and left!!
