Malaysian Grand Prix winner Kimi Raikkonen has insisted he never questioned Ferrari's potential in spite of the Scuderia's Melbourne disaster – and after getting champagne in his eye during the Sepang podium ceremony, he suggested drivers should drink the post-race bubbly rather than spray it.
Well, he knows all about drinking the booze from all accounts.

perfect race for kimi, a well deserving win for the defending champion, but make sure to bring goggles with you everytime you climb the podium since there will be more of those champagne spraying ahead of you for sure...

Look for the McLaren drivers to be docked championship points, and the team to pay a hefty fine the next time they have the audacity to spray champagne. As well as a thorough investigation into any copying of a Ferrari driver's exclusive spraying form.

While I can understand spraying champagne over the crowd below or chasing a trophey girl (MotoGP) it is pretty annoying watching these guys spray each other.
Actually it looks quite cool (especially for photographers) from amateur Karters right to the top in F1 and other forms of motorsport but if it has the potential to be damaging to a guys eyes then I guess that will need to be discussed among the drivers or something. Anyway, a deserving win for the champion as he dominated it to the end. With winter testing in Bahrain Ferrari would have to be favourites for the next race.

Look full credit to Kimi for keeping his head and not panick when behind, unlike Massa! I think he'd happily take a load of champagne in his eye if there's more weekend like the 1 we saw in sepang. great drive, great win, great driver.

Was the champagne spreayed by Heikki in Kimi's eyes? Will Max launch an investigation into cheating by McLaren do you think?

Kimi will never be able to drive as well again. Proof positive; McLaren will do anything to win.

:-) McLaren won't be fined for just spraying a champagne to Ferrari's driver's eyes, they WILL be fined when they steal Ferrari's champagne :-D Its just joking guys, don't take too hard.
You know what'll happen now don't you?.... The health and safety freaks will try to put an end to another age old tradition for the sake of safety. The driver will have to keep their helmets on to protect themselves from the potentially blinding force of Moet et Chandon. Where will it end???
And has anybody noticed just how the removal of traction control and driver aids has shown Kimi to be a bit of a wizard when the lights go out. Both starts so far this season have been majestic. He was alongside Massa into the first corner and that set the seed of doubt in Massa' mind. Well done Kimi.
