Better he stays at where he is now: to parter a world champion at either teams is not a good prospect for a racer with his potential. Unless they are willing to grant him equal status and equipment.

He's no Kimmi or Alonso yet but would certainly out drive Massa anyday in equal machinery. He's alot smoother and more consistant than his first one and a half seasons and has come leaps and bounds since BMW have become a force. He has a bright future in F1 and it's hard to beleive Heidfeld is getting four times the money he is. I hope BMW give him a good bonus considering what's unfolding this season.
stay at BMW, Ferrari will make you scum and Renault are just crap and you would end up being Alonso's team mate so no attention would be given.

I think Kubica can be just as good as Alonso and Raikkonen in time - but he is better off in BMW for the time being I think. He doesn't strike me as someone driven by money or the kudos of being with a championship winning team. I think being a little bit of an underdog is the thing that makes him so quick. Have to say, I feel slightly vindicated by supporting him back in World Series and BMW must be chuffed they have him, particularly as many wondered why he'd been signed as test driver back in 2006.

Going to Renault as anything other than their first driver would be a very bad move, because they never give both drivers equal oppertunities. Going to Ferrari is obviously the highest goal you can achieve as a driver, so it is a good move either way, even if you have to leave after just one year, because some team will happily pick you up anyway coming from Ferrari. I still think Heidfeld is one of the best drivers on the grid (and I'm not German), he beat both Raikkonen and Massa with equal equipment, unfortunately for him it never looks spectecular and his qualifications are not always great, although often due to heavy fuel strategy. The car this year seems to suit Kubica though...

This paragraph says a lot about the worth of F1 drivers. For the team to make these statements about him shows they believe he is top of the top.
"it would seem"!! this is just the normal rumour mongering. i cant see ferrari having any interest for a few years, nor can i see BMW agreeing to let him go! rumours are great for starting arguments and "debate". better to wait for facts before passing judgment
Bet Renault wished they'd paid more attention to him when they gave him his WSR prize test in 2005. I think Renault have enough driver concerns at the moment anyway, as I'd imagine Grosjean is their first priority at the moment with regards to getting someone new in. I can't see Kubica at Ferrari - he just seems to suit BMW perfectly and he might as well stay with a team on an upward trend!

The best option would be to go to Mclaren, this driver looks like he could give Shamilton a hard time like he is already doing at the moment in a inferior car! If Kubica wants to win the title then Mclaren would be better than Ferrari because Kimi looks like to have the strangle hold on the team just like Schuey did.
Kubica should stay put at BMW. They've given him a good car & plenty of support. He should repay them with some loyalty. When a good team has a good car, a good driver & good management. Mutual respect & loyalty goes a long way.

Given people complain that Crash has too many stories about Hamilton, it doesn't take long for the same people to bring him up here on a story that is completely unrelated to him. Lets keep the story about Kubica.

At this rate, Ferrari will have seven drivers for 09. Seesm they're interested in everyone with a pulse.
Frankly, I think RK is definitely future championship material, and part of the new wave of drivers that gives me confidence of a good competitive future in F1. He's probably the best development driver of that generation too, and like many others here, I think his best option is to stay with BMW: they are on the way to producing a Championship winning car which he will be a part of, rather than sacrificing a quarter of a season getting bedded in with a new manufacturer.
