Well, one thing is certain: it's really easy to say to the press you don't want to be favoured, that you like fair play etc. But when push comes to shove it's not so obvious. Maybe he should have said "No, don't lift me back on the track unless you also lift Liuzzi, Rosberg and the others back too! This is not fair!" to the german track marshals... I think not.

This also brings to mind how Alonso sometimes would complain that the team wasnät behind him... at Renault!

Hang on, all he's saying is that he would like to see his team mate win more than anyone else, himself excluded obviously, whats wrong with that?

This is the difference chu chu Hamilton is a team player and would like to see Mclaren come ahead of Ferrari. Alonso on the other hand plays the game of if i can't win the team won't win (not a team player).

Hamiltron can you read what I wrote again as I think you misunderstood. I didn't mention that he wouldn't leave Mclaren I said he was a team player and that if he didn't win he would still want his team to win like most of the drivers on the grid.

hamiltron, he has a long term contract and if he doesnt perform before expiry, i doubt that there would be a mad rush to sign him on. dennis might let him go before end of contract, but this again would only be if he doesnt come up with the goods.

But Richard he is coming up with the goods already and he was in his first year of F1 so just get over it. Other teams have also commented on how good he is. Also top companies want him to be there new face of advertising so he must be doing something right. The revenue he will generate at Mclaren will be the same as shumie brought to Ferrari massive. If you look you can buy anything in Ferrari and soon you will get the same at Mclaren. Wipe your tears and get used to it because Hamilton will be in top flight F1 for many years to come.

So when Hamilton said last year that he was racing Alonso (Who was his closest challenger being 12 points ahead of him and 18 or so ahead of Kimi) why did you tear into Lewis and give him such hatred?
