Future Renault F1 driver Heikki Kovalainen got in on the act for the annual BBC ‘Children in Need' initiative with a day spent conducting a marathon X-biking relay in the team's gym facility at Enstone alongside 50 fellow employees.

Future Renault F1 driver Heikki Kovalainen got in on the act for the annual BBC ‘Children in Need' initiative with a day spent conducting a marathon X-biking relay in the team's gym facility at Enstone alongside 50 fellow employees.

Also joined by GP2 and Renault Driver Development enrolled Lucas Di Grassi, Kovalainen was involved in the day long cycling activity. Furthermore, it was all done in fancy dress.

Naturally, the event was for a good cause with the Renault team attempting to raise money for disadvantaged children across the United Kingdom, managing to produce over £2,500 to donate to the fundraising event to add to the £18 million that was raised across the country on the night.
