The annual
Autocourse annual is regarded as one of the most iconic motorsport titles available, with the 2008 season set to see the title published for the 58th year.
Running for as long as the
Formula 1 World Championship,
Autocourse has firmly established itself as the number one
F1 yearbook, recounting the glory and heartache, success and failure of 57 years and counting of Formula 1 competition.
Aside from recounting the stories of years gone by,
Autocourse also features the much discussed editors top-ten drivers alongside in-depth analysis of teams, drivers and races on a yearly basis.
Autocourse doesn't just cater for the F1 fan and also looks back at all the action in a range of other series' such as touring cars, sportscars and lower level single-seaters which has seen the title firmly establish itself as a must have' for motorsport fans.
That in itself creates a problem though, as a complete collection of
Autocourse annuals isn't an easy or cheap thing to come across. Indeed, a quick look a certain well-known auction site shows some editions of the title selling for more than £300/$600 and that is only when someone decides they want to part with some of the older, rarer editions that are still around.
That is where
Crash.net comes in as, as publishers and owners of
Autocourse and its sister publications, we are about to start the long process of digitising our back catalogue of titles across four-wheels and two-wheels.
As a result, we'd like to know if you would be interested in acquiring a full-set of
Autocourse titles in a digitised format or whether you would like electronic versions of years you may be missing from your own extensive collection.
