Istanbul master claims Turkish hat-trick.

Felipe Massa duly completed a hat-trick of wins in the Turkish Grand Prix, leading almost all the way from lights to flag at Istanbul Park.

'Almost' because Lewis Hamilton and McLaren managed to lead on the road after catching and passing the Brazilian by running an alternative three-stop fuel strategy.

The Briton, however, was unable to make the gameplan work, and dropped back to second place as the various strategies unravelled.

World champion Kimi Raikkonen completed the podium after being boxed out at the start, but fellow Finn Heikki Kovalainen fared even worse, a brush with the Ferrari cutting a tyre and leaving him with a fightback through the field if he was to make anything from his front row start. Alas, his progress netted only twelfth at the flag.

The two BMW Saubers filled out fourth and fifth, ahead of Fernando Alonso, Mark Webber and Nico Rosberg.
