The two 1-2-3 finishes we’ve had this season have also been fantastic. It’s a complete team effort and so much more rewarding when we have several cars at the top.

Carlin is a very close and friendly team and there’s always someone there for you and that applies right across the board. If I have a problem, I can go straight to Trevor. There aren’t many teams of this size where you can go straight to the bloke who owns the team and have a quick word. It’s a great environment to work in and can be very rewarding. Everyone at Carlin is very passionate about what they do which I think is what makes the difference.
