“That continues - it's no different this year and this has certainly been the latest in the year, before the start of the season, that I still haven't got anything.
"But I've been testing a few things over the winter – for instance, I've tested the Euro 3000 car of John Village and that went really well. I've driven the Spanish F3 car at Valencia and that went really well, but I'd like to put this on the top of my wish list if it were to happen. Definitely.”
Despite other opportunities being out there, it's in the British F3 championship that Danny wants to be.
“I enjoy working with the Promatacme team and all the Lola people have made me feel very welcome, and they work equally as hard so it would be a lovely little partnership if it was to happen.”
