Q&A: Ryan Lewis.

Tuesday, 25th January 2005

Having dominated the Scholarship class in 2004, Ryan Lewis is all set for an assault on the Championship class of the British Formula Three championship this season.

All being well, Lewis will remain with the T-Sport team who carried him to success last year, as we found at the recent Autosport International when Ryan took time out from signing autographs and competing in the Live Action Arena to have a chat...

Obviously this is the first season of GP2 and there are a lot of championships that are coming to fruition, like the new World Series where they are amalgamating the V6 and the Nissan series into one, so there’s always going to be options.

Recently, motorsport has changed so much in such a short time, it changes so much during a one year programme. GP2 would be a good option for the year after this, it’s a natural progression from F3 to GP2, so we’ll just have to see how the championship goes this year and see if they get enough people subscribed to it and enough people on the grid.
