F3 » Green 'wins' Bahrain Q race.

Jamie Green set himself up for a pole position start in the Bahrain F3 Superprix after crossing the line first in this morning's qualification race, but the Briton - like his 30 rivals - is still waiting for official confirmation of the line-up after the ten-lap encounter was red-flagged short of the scheduled finish.

Jamie Green set himself up for a pole position start in the Bahrain F3 Superprix after crossing the line first in this morning's qualification race, but the Briton - like his 30 rivals - is still waiting for official confirmation of the line-up after the ten-lap encounter was red-flagged short of the scheduled finish.

Green, who started second on the grid after qualifying well on Friday, came home ahead of Fabio Carbone, Nico Rosberg and Marko Asmer, all taking advantage of a poor race for poleman Franck Perera.

Full details of the race will follow when the result is officially confirmed....
