Comtec Racing has announced plans to make the step into the Lloyds TSB Insurance British F3 International Series – adding to its current campaigns in Formula Renault and the World Series by Renault.

“Having had previous experience and successes as both a driver and team owner in Formula Three, I sincerely believe that I can guide both Basil and Comtec Racing to success at an early stage in this new venture,” he said. “I am under no illusions that the established competition in the championship presents us with strong challenges. However, the team and its personnel are capable or winning races in our first season.”
