Grid penalties for three Euroseries drivers in France, while two more hit 'in the pocket'

Race winner Nico Hulkenberg is the most high profile driver to have been penalised after qualifying for the latest rounds of the F3 Euroseries at Magny-Cours.

Hulkenberg, who took his maiden win in the series last time out at the Norisring, was penalised five places on the grid for taking the chequered flag twice at the end of the session and will now drop from ninth on the grid to 14th. Edoardo Mortara, who leads the rookie standings for Signature Plus and HBR Motorsport's Basil Shaaban were also found guilty of the same thing and will drop five places to 19th and 24th on the grid.

Meanwhile Edoardo Piscopo and Tom Dillmann will have to pay a fine of 1,000 Euros because they were absent during the drivers' briefing.
