Hamad al Fardan will look to move into third place in the National Class standings as the British F3 International Series heads to Croft this weekend for the penultimate meeting of the year.
A double podium last time out at Thruxton including one that saw him line up alongside fellow Bahraini Salman Al Khalifa has seen the Performance Racing driver close to within five points of Michael Meadows in the battle to take third place in the standings, with Sergio Perez and Frankie Cheng currently fighting it out out front for the title.
"I had a really great weekend at
Thruxton, especially after race two when I shared the podium with Salman, he said. It was great for Bahrain to have two drivers on the podium together.
"This weekend will be the first time I will be driving at
Croft, but we have been working very hard to get to the position we are now and we are confident of bringing good results. I am happy with the team and happy with the sponsors, and everything is going well. I will be fighting hard to get onto the podium again, and hopefully finish the season on a high."
