Euroseries front-runners go with Volkswagen for 2008.

The French Signature team has confirmed that it will switch to Volkswagen engines for the 2008 F3 Euroseries season.

The team, which has used Mercedes power in recent years, will run four Dallaras powered by the new VW powerplant in 2008 while Team RC Motorsport will also enter four cars next season.

Drivers for both teams have yet to be confirmed, with an announcement from both squads set to be revealed in due course.

"It's our goal to score points in every single round and secure our first podium finishes, this year," Volkswagen motorsport director Kris Nissen said. "Still, I'm well aware that succeeding in the Formula 3 Euro Series will be anything but easy and that we will have to execute a lot of work on the way to realising our goals."
