T-Sport has announced that it will once again run three cars in the British F3 International Series during the 2008 season.
As was the case in 2007, the Brackley-based squad will run one Championship Class car alongside two in the National Class, as it aims to build on a promising campaign last year.
Sergio Perez, who took 14 wins in 22 races en-route to the National Class crown last season, will graduate to the Championship Class for the first time, while Salman Al Khalifa will return for a second crack at the National Class having joined T-Sport midway through last season.
The Bahraini driver will be joined by Colombian teenager Steven Guerrero who will move to Formula 3 after finishing fifth in the Formula
BMW USA series last year and team boss Russell Eacott said he was pleased with the line-up assembled.
"It's gratifying for us to keep two of our drivers from 2007 as it shows we are doing something right!" he said. "Sergio has a big year ahead of him; it would be good to see him winning races and running at the front of the championship.
"Salman needs to be winning too and challenging for the National Class title. Steven has a lot to learn, especially in terms of the UK circuits, as he is coming over from the States. I expect to see him improve considerably as we go through the season."
