Of the two International Class debutants this weekend, Oliver Oakes had the edge on Viktor Jensen, with Oakes 17th in his Eurotek Motorsport run car and Jensen down in 24th.

After his earlier heroics, Meyrick ended up 14th quickest overall in the National Class pole but the Carlin man was well ahead of nearest rival Steven Guerrero who was 19th but more than half a second further back. Hywel Lloyd was third fastest in class.
