iSport man disqualified from opening race in Dubai.

Bruno Senna has been excluded from the feature race of the GP2 Asia Series season finale in Dubai following an error during his mandatory pit-stop.

Series regulations state that drivers must change two tyres on their cars during the stop but a mix-up when the Brazilian came in for his stop meant the iSport team only changed one rear tyre when he came into the pits.

Although the Brazilian later returned to the pits to change the second tyre, he was later excluded from the results having taken the flag in ninth place.

The result means Senna's hopes of finishing second in the championship standings behind title winner Romain Grosjean are now in tatters.
