TOM GLOY and wife ROBBIN HERRING swear they're only at the races to spectate and visit old friends. Both have retired from motorsports and are living at Lake Tahoe and San Diego. Gloy's racing and team ownership including Atlantics, Trans-Am and NASCAR Craftsman Trucks. Herring was a longtime PR specialist.

LEIGHTON REESE, another Trans-Am driver, also claims to be just "looking around" this weekend.

DAVE WATSON, former Grand American Technical Director, is on site looking suspiciously like he's up to something, but he drolly swears he's just visiting friends.

CHUCK BILLINGTON has raced in Can Am, NASCAR Southwest Tour, and won six SCCA National Championships in CSR over a long career in club racing. He is looking to race in the Rolex 24 at Daytona next year and is shopping around this weekend for his ride.
