At this level of motorsport Ferrari should tell him to go at the end of 2008. If he doesnt have the motivation to carry on he should leave now and not waste Ferrari's time just to pick up a pay check.
I think it is just Bayliss who is so dominant, not the Ducati's. The rules at the moment seem pretty fair. Monza should be good for the four cylinders with the long straights.
