Don't be surprised if Lewis announces to switch to some other team if they have a better car than McLaren after a year maybe (not sure about next season) .. Now that we know, he is a very tricky person; not what he looks like from the outside ..
Look at the team management of Yamaha .. i think its the best out ther .. they care for their riders a lot and so the riders are loyal to the team .. they could have thrown out colin easily but he has worked for the team a lot in the past which is the main reason they have kept him and they know he is a good rider .. also look at their history; the likes of Waine Rainey, Kenny Roberts Sr., Giacomo agostini, and now Valentino Rossi, all big names in the world of MotoGP .. most of them have ended the career with Yamaha once they switched to the team .. loyalty means a lot to this fantastic team ...
It's actually a bad thing what Ducati has done to him .. agreed that he has had a bad 2007 season so far but he was just adjusting to the new 800 cc bike and was almost on the right path to bounce back but ducati thinks otherwise .. and please remember everyone that Loris is the guy who has helped ducati reach where they are now as he has been extensively involved in the development of the bike .. Looks like Ducati are going the Honda way now ..
