how long ago was his crashing spell? give the guy some credit, one of the best personalities in wsbk, and can back it up if he has the right tools. its about time he gets back to a factory team, imho he should have had the 2nd seat on the xerox duke. good for rube, go get em bud
Hayden capitalized on a season when other's were misfortuned by bikes and tires, and granted he didn't dominate, but hell what did Stoner do? I know he dominated this season, but how were the two seasons technically different? Rossi and Yamaha flopped both years, Michelin wasn't too hot in 06, and definitely in 07. Hayden triumphed over the same flaws the 07 season had, just not in such a dominant fashion. Hayden is a world champ, and not by accident, and the same holds true for Stoner.
I was talking about his comment on Hayden actually, and everyone else can have their own opinions on riders, but as soon as I lay one down someone gets crabby and deletes it. I'm just holding the guy accountable, if he doesn't watch it enough to know how many races Stoner won, then who is he to decide if Hayden was an "accidental" champ? Just my 2 cents.
Before you start shooting "accidental champ" quotes, why don't you actually watch some MotoGP, and get some knowledge in your head. You obviously don't know clue 1 about the sport, so why make comments like that? Who doesn't know how many races Stoner won? That alone makes you not credible so don't try.
I'm coming down from Milwaukee, WI for this round, how hot does it get down there in May/June? Haha am I going to sweat my *** off? And it looks like it might be Bayliss's last year too
too bad the kr bike will still look like ****, and hopefully they can get some repsectable sponsorship.......i dont want to see pirates of the caribbean on all of their bikes again. you think there would be some different types of aero bodies they could toss on it to make it look a whole lot better, i wounder how theyll do with the desmo
AMEN to WSBK coming back to the states!!!! We've missed it so much, and gotten pretty anxious with MotoGP coming back finally, but now I'm happy!! Too bad I'll have to take two weekends from work, one for the Indy GP, and now Miller in Utah!!!
