Bernie to target Boris over British GP?

Will the powers that be try again following change of power at City Hall?

i think it would be great to have an F1 race through the streets of London, just for having all the historic buildings and landmarks as a backdrop.

i would love to be a fly on the wall at a meeting between boris and bernie. it would be hilarious. anyway, didnt bernie give a large gift to labour????? i doubt that tories would now be prepared to accede to bernies wishes. another street race is not needed as there would be absolutely no chance of passing, and where could they build the pits that are now required by the teams? bernie would be better off trying to support silverstone!

It would be quite exciting having another street Grand Prix to go with Monaco, Sinagpore and Valencia, but I am trying to work out where abouts you will have track. POssibly around down Oxford Street and Bond Street and Mayfair. It would be great and it would boost the London economy even more. But I am not sure what the BRDC would make of it though.
