Pound for Pound Haga has got to be one of the most exciting racers ever, that was brilliant...

Kiyo is a future champ no worries....

What a cracking race!!!!
A shame Bayliss wasnt there at the end to make it a 4 way battle,
still good to see Haga win.

I have to agree with what R Mamola said (commentating) "I think we should have a third race."

So much for all the talk about the Ducati's sand bagging!!

Great racing from Max, Nori, Troy and Ryo, Also Josh and Broc. Biaggi his doing it tough reinjuring his busted wrist.

Cant wait for Salt Lake City should be fun, Did all the Ducati haters notice how slow they were.......Thats how it is on fast tracks were its all top end riding. Ducati are fast at the slower tracks and the I4's a way faster at the fast tracks and thats really the natural order of things with 2 cylinder and 4 cylinders so stop crying foul when Ducati wins They dont have the fastest bike...they have the fastest rider...live with it.

tommo you're right, they missed a lot of things in the races like why checa was at the back at the start of race one i don't think they noticed until lap 10

I noticed Carlos Checa was t-boned by Corser during race two, I wonder if he's going to have the balls to complain about stupid riding I'm sure Mr Neukirchner would enjoy that!

super race... again!

WSBK once again shows it's the best spectator motor sport in the world. F1, which I love, is so boring by comparrision.

Nori was brilliant, he never gave up and I loved it at the end when he was sharing his little sons drink in victory lane, nice touch. He seems a great guy, hard racer and family man, I wish him all the best for the rest of the season.

Funny about the top speed issue, I didn't notice much difference between the 2 cyl and 4's to be honest. Sure the Suzuki was slightly faster, but Bayliss out dragged both the Yam and Suzuki before the engine problem. Watch race 2 again and before you say it, this was not under braking The nature of the 2 cyl machine makes for an advantage at most circuits, with the 4 cyl men having to ride harder just to keep up. Sure the rider makes a difference and Bayliss is great, but the other good Ducati riders are not on works machines

Timbo, TB's top speed was shawing a regular 309kmh and Max's gixxer was showing 325kmh, Thats very significant.....so significsnt Max was blowing them away every lap in the straights. Bayliss only made it up on the brakes and the slower sections.

Watch the race bro, its much better than Crash dot nets write up?

Ace those top speeds on the screen are poorly indicative. Dennis Noyes said these bikes are hitting 330+ kmh at monza, looking at team s telemetryall of the bikes atthe lead of the pack. The transponders are located at places where the the top speed hasnt yet been hit or has already been hit, and at an angle

Anyway the suzuki was clearly smoking all the others ion the straight and on the way to parabolicca

That Suzuki was a rocket down the straight, you could look at all the telemetry in the world....but then you wouldn't need to because you could see it visually. Admittedly it was made to look even faster with all the slipstreaming. Sad to see Yukio have yet another heavy fall, hope he's ok.

Obviously chuffed to bits for Nori, he certainly needed it. I'm also chuffed for Max N though, he did so well in that first race to keep Nori behind him even though he could pass him on the straight quite easy we all know that Nori makes it easy for nobody.

See what happens when the 4's stay on track? Especially a very fast track? So all these conspiracy theorists can now keep it down maybe?

You'd think that was the case given that they are the official factory team. You think Fabrizio hasn't got it too though? In any case Troy was 3rd in race 1 and by the looks of it he might have even been a maximum of 4th in race 2 given the pace of others around him. Although you could say he's got a huge lead so coming first isn't important, points are..thats not troys style though tbh.
I think we all (sorry most of us) agree that the Duke's have an unfair advantage at many tracks in any case, just not this one. The championship would look a whole lot different if the tops boys (cept TB of course) had stayed on track and been getting regular high scoring points finishes, end of story
