Singapore pit-lane is 'incredibly dangerous'.

Whilst the all-new Marina Bay Street Circuit has generally received an enthusiastic if cautious thumbs-up from the Formula 1 fraternity ahead of this weekend's inaugural Singapore Grand Prix in the city-state, a number of areas have come in for criticism – not least of which being the ‘dangerous' entry to the pits.

absolute madness, and not to mention the kerbs, it,s obvious the track has not been monitored by the right people for the safety aspects, the FIA, should take the blame, and make concessions, rather than hand out fines

 1 people agree.

i for one am amazed about the pit enterance being so near to the cornor and on the racing line fair enough they have extended the white line further back but i dont think it is going to help all that much and i cant believe the stewards have said the pit exit is ok and not dangerous the cars are going to be approaching turn 1 at around 290 km/h someone coming out of the pit lane is going to make these cars go off line for the cornor i expect to see an accident there tomorrow
