The 2006 MX1 and MX2 Motocross World Championships enters its last three rounds at Northern Ireland this weekend, where newly crowned ten-times world champion Stefan Everts will be aiming to win his 100th GP.

39 points further back is KTM's David Philippaerts, who now needs bad luck to strike the top two - something his team-mate Tyla Rattray recently suffered. The South African made his AMA Motocross debut at Millville on August 13th but crashed after a bike problem and dislocated his shoulder.

Another factory KTM rider and sand specialist, Marc de Reuver, could be another contender this weekend - and will be looking to boost his current fifth in the championship before moving to MX1, with Yamaha, next season.
