Toseland pleased with '08 debut.

Reigning double World Superbike champion James Toseland was 'pretty pleased' with his debut on the new 2008 YZR-M1, which he took to 13th out of the 21 riders during day one of January testing at Sepang.

Not bad JT. Ahead of works Kawasaki and Ducati. It would be nice to see him a bit closer to Jorge by the end of the test. Early days yet I guess. Go JT!

What is also interesting from the times is that Edwards is close to Rossi on the Michelins, hopefully this will carry on during the season and James will have the right tyres to compete with the top guys- Go JT!!

It looks like James has a methodical and sensible way of working with his new bike and team,
nothing wild, just learning and improving all the time. Very good.
This is not the moment (is it ever?) to get injured.

Wow. James has improved on his times from the last time he came to Sepang? Good on him. he is improving step by step. I think he is doing really well with a move from WSBK to Moto GP. I am happy that he is happy with his team that James is in now. Also he was the only Yamaha rider to not have crashed today. Go James. Keep up the good work.
