OK - where is the Kawasaki cheer squad - Harry X and Team Green ? The best that can be said is the Kawasakis haven't been shown up by Guintoli and Elias fighting for the right to be slowest. And Rossi to win.

Where are you Melandri? You'd better prepare for next season now.

Only .118 of Rossis lap record set in 05, not to bad for the first session.....second one might see it fall ;)
Quite good times for a green track and track temp that must be in the low to mid teens C.
Will we see a sub 40 lap time on race tyres?

I'm still here thebaron... and wondering what happened to the informed/interesing comments that used to be on this forum, rather than the pointless 'he's good, he's not' schoolboy bull**** I'm having to read now...
The only relation I made is that Casey should try Kwak or Suzi (at least this year) to prove the acclaimed rider performance.
Interesting to see the cue at the back...
Looks like Mich. is using their standard Pilot Power tires again. Next year Michelin might ask a quota-reduction to 16 tyres a year; B-stone needs climate change to take effect...

The first FP1 show us that they realy closely matched, it's a good sign that Rossi is with them..
Looking strong for Casey again, can't wait for the youngsters on the podium again after putting on another superior riding display.Lorenzo will clearly smoke any other Yamaha simply because he is better.Love how he is flogging everyone..well almost everyone...Hayden will be strong here for sure..dunno about the rest.

OK Harry X, you are off the hook - for the moment. We heard you worked for Kawasaki in Belgium. Why don't you ask Rossi if he would like to ride the Kawasaki? Remember his comment when he went to Yamaha, professing it was because he wanted a new challenge. Someone asked him why he didn't ride the Team Roberts machine if he wanted a challenge, to which it was reported that he said he wanted a challenge - not Mission Impossible. Bet he'd say the same (Mission Impossible) about the Kawasaki. Let us hope Hopkins and West survive the weekend. I reckon Rossi will win, Lorenzo second, Pedrosa third and Stoner fourth or fifth (remembering you don't have to win every battle to win a war)...

That's odd
I posted notional bids of 40p Edwards is on the top step and £1 he's on the podium ... and it seems to have vanished into cyberspace's equivalent of a black hole.
I'm baffled. I'm also a cheapskate, true, but a baffled one.
Jorge will go nuts on this race. Rossi will also try his utmost in order to show he is really in the game and the rest will give no quarter either. I expect some really hard passes for this race and perhaps some hard feelings if its more than egos that collide. Time for some new rivalries no?
