Pedrosa: When Lorenzo won.

So he thinks he would have won had he not had to pass rossi?

or does he think everyone shud move out of his way when he's trying to come through?

He wouldnt have won, lorenzo's pace was brilliant in the last 1/4 of the race, he was banging in low to mid 1:37's pedrosa was always a tenth or two behind him.

Just spitting his dummy out and acting like the spoilt brat he is it seems.

Shame, cos he's riding well, but he's not gonna win fans by acting like a kid.

Yes, lorenzo is a little bit arrogant, but pedrosa is just as bad if not worse.

JIMMY, all Pedrosa is doing is to admit that it took HIM to long to get past Rossi, and let Lollipop boy get to much ahead, and not that he could have beaten lollipop boy but it would have been closer. P.S. (not a pedro fan)

Well, its a constant debate on here, we all have different views on things.

Thats mine, im not a fan of pedrosa, but im a fan of his talent and ability to ride a bike.

We all know he doesnt like fighting for a win, he wants his race wins to be like his personality, dull and lifeless.

But yes, he's a great rider, just not much of a showman for the sport, all he needs to do is smile a bit more and when he finishes a race in the top 3, sound pleased to have got there.

Dani pedrosa is simply te best.!!!!!!!!

And when he was wordchampion in his first 250cc year!
And i saw him giving a great show to all the fans when he won his second 250cc title!

A second place means nothing to him! And some wins too!

And he's got a life outside motogp which is a little bit more interseting!

Rossi - was the best and will win races and maybe the title this year.
Hayden - was best in 2006.
Stoner - was best last year.
Lorenzo - that kid is the real deal.
Cannot see how Dani is the best out of that lot.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I've not seen Pedrosa win a top class race that he had to fight for - all those that he's won he has got away at the front fairly early.

Pedrosa is just saying what happened. Lorenzo opened a gap and when Pedrosa passed Rossi, he couldn't catch him up.

Lorenzo was faster than Pedrosa, but not enough to get away from him. Without that gap, Pedrosa could have stayed right behind Lorenzo and then at least try to pass him in the last lap.

Jimmy, Pedrosa hugged his team to celebrate the result at the end of the race... I'd say he was very happy and on my TV he was smiling all the time. I don't know what you want from him.

And he is riding with the honda and that is not the best bike!
we have to wait for the new engine from honda!

And why dani will fihgt in a race if he can go away!
If you fight with you rivals it shows that you are not the best! (as good as...)

I dont see Pedrosa as being arrogant - he seems to be a very nice guy - just quiet. Could you imagine Pedrosa fingering and kicking at Checa/Capirossi ( like Moaner ) or like Lorenzo to Hopkins?

By the end of the race Lorenzo had clearly cramp in his arms, he was shaking his arms a lot.. I think the finish was just in time..

I wished that Dovi had the same bike as Pedrosa, to come that close on a "b"machine is absolute quality..

Pedrosa isn't the best, and until he learns how to fight and make solid moves on the brakes, he wont be the best.

Have to say i'm not keen on Lorenzo saw him slagging Dani to Suzi Perry IMO it was not necessary, hope Dani does not retaliate as its a lose lose situation ask VR. As for showmanship is that on the job description, for me the bike is the star not the pr*ck on top of it showmanship VR did it first, Lorenzo is just a copy cat and will look ridiculous, if he persists people will say this about him. IMO showmanship = boswellox the bike is the star

Nobody will ever know which is the "best" rider. The best team-rider-bike-tyre combination yes. This is motorsports not the Olympic Games. For sure motivation, talent, cleverness, all play their part on the rider's game and they can affect the performance of the rest of the whole combination. So I would suggest not being strictly person-centric when discussing races.
