So glad Spaniard has such a great determination, but i think he had better forget the dream before the 46 leaves the contest.

Maybe if Rossi, Lorenzo and Stoner all crash. Last two years in a row Rossi won with a poor performing bike. This year he has the best bike and probably the best package. Pedrosa can't win close races in MotoGP and the possibility of him running away at Mugello is just about as close to zero as it can be. Rossi will win again, Lorenzo will be the toughest competition.

I don't see any reason why Dani can't win this race on Sunday guys.. Even though Valentino winning at Mugello this Sunday race for the 7 times will be great for me and the fans.. I love competition & close battle till the end of the race!

Pedrosa can drive really hard......when he is alone upfront.

When he has to fight for position he is has a bad disadvantage and that is breaking. He has the biggest problems to outbreak another, see China and Le Mans for example.

I don't see Pedrosa break away at Mugello.....so i don't think he has a change for winning.

Last year's race began with Rossi in 8th at Turn 1: by Lap 7 he was 2nd behind Dani and by Lap 9 he passed Dani. All of this was done on an under-preforming Yamaha/Michelin bike. Stoner was 4th with the best bike: long straightway and all. Alex Barros ran him down and came 3rd. What can the other riders hope for this upcoming race to get 1st place. they can HOPE that Rossi make a mistake, crash or pick wrong tyre setup. All of this is highly unlikely though because the man is the most skillful person riding an 800cc bike and he now understands the Yamaha/Bridgestone combination even better. Sorry Fans of Motogp, but if your favorite rider is not VR then you will surely be feeling dejected.

Pedrosa has a slim chance but by the way Rossi is racing I wouldn't bet against him. Plus you need to factor Lorenzo into the equation as well.

However, once Honda sorts out the pneumatic valved engine this may give Pedrosa the extra power in upcoming races. I'm sure a lot of eyes will be on the Honda wildcard rider's results. Once Dani gets the new engine this should make things even more interesting for future rounds. Nevertheless, I still want to see Rossi win. Go Rossi!!!

Just don't understimate Dani... He can do it in Mugello!
