This has got me started on one of my pet hates - changes in livery but more especially helmet design. Can anyone say that just by looking at a riders crash helmet these days you know who it is, or even what day of the week it is?
Riders used to have a design that stayed with them, think Sheene, Roberts, Mamola, Dunlop, Hailwood, Ago etc etc - now they change them more often than their pants!!
Sorry to go on but its just another money making scam by helmet manufacturers
I like the changing of colors and I don't mind being difficult to understand who is who.
Helmet manufacturers don't give a damn as long as their logo is stamped big and nice at the front so everybody sees it.
I liked the painting of the fairing so as to resemble a shirt (with the white stripes at the edge of the blue) but that pink is questionable to say the least.
Rossi could ride with a green paint scheme and leathers and you would still know it was him. The only one I didn't really like was the NSR500 where he binned it. Think is was a Hawaiian theme.
Bet the blue still goes fast though.
Another race like last year would suit me fine. Off the Silverstone though so will have to watch the replay.
It looks great, very football like. I am not a footy fan but understand their enthousiasm towards the EC. This scheme still looks better than last years Abarth bike IMO. Go Vale!

Abarth white red yellow and black bike? the one with the Abarth scorpion logo? i think it was one of the nicer ones.
