James Toseland faces his biggest event as a MotoGP rider this weekend at Donington Park, when the reigning double World Superbike champion takes to the track in front of his home fans for his first ever British Grand Prix.
I hope he can make it but i don't think he will make it.

Sadly I have to agree, simply because his bike isn't up to beating the factory machines. But he knows Donnington better than any circuit he will go to all year so hopefully he can get his best result yet.
The boy is doing well, better than I thought he would. It will probably be a wet race (as my personal experiences at Donington the last few years have taught me, bring a dinghy) so he may spring a surprise.

He will need a bit of luck (maybe a dnf from one of the top four) but I think it is possible. JT is good in the wet but no specialist so if it rains he will be 6th at best. C,Mon JT, Bradders, Reading and Web.
I think he is dreaming. I don't see him beating me. I need the Championship points this year to be world Champion again I will be standing on the Top of the Podium

Depends how many people he has to barge out of the way!
Calvin - one word describes that remark - idiotic. It is motorcycle racing, James passes have been hard occasionally but always fair as Rossi, Capirossi, Hopper etc have all said. It's only whingers like Vermuelen who are frusutrated at being beaten by an ex WSB champ in his first few races that moan about it....
He has too much talent infront of him so unless a few of the top runners go down or have a mechanical then a top 5 or 6 would be the best he can hope for.

Jt is doing good, and he s on a good bike too, but it seems there s 3 guys that are just too good for anyone this year.
Please no more rain, We're camping this year. 3 years of wet donington races will finally put me off going.
JT top 5, whatever happens i hope the racing is close and there is no rain.

Considering Lorenzo and Pedrosa wont be fully fit I'd say this is Toselands best shot at a podium place yet!

His bike is up to beat factory machinery that is why Colin managed to put his M1 on the podium in France, I hope Yamaha can block the top 4 slots at Donington Park. A Podium is a realistic target for James that is potentially achievable.
James just ignore yamaha FS1E he only posts crap to create a reaction

Jeremy McWilliams and Tom Herron both from Northern Ireland. Quite impressive for such a small population. Unfortunately Eugene Laverty does not have competitive machinery to extend the run. Best of luck to Eugene, James, Bradley, Scott and Danny.

what you mean 3 years of rain? Donnington 2006 (Pedrosa won it from Rossi)was one of the hottest days of the year. Last year was worse as the day started well (so I put my summer gear on) before raining... constanly
As for Yamaha Rse1, he's British and will slag off British riders at every given opportunity... No national pride for this young boy. He's been in his hole for a few months and is now back as UK's answer to Marty Clowan
