"Today we are happy but we know that we have to keep working because Yamaha and Ducati are very competitive," said Dani. "We stay here for two days testing that will be crucial in helping us continue development of the RC212V in preparation for the next races."

The big question in terms of the title will be the comparative rate of improvement by Pedrosa's three nearest rivals: How much faster will Rossi be after several more races on Bridgestone tyres? Can Lorenzo continue his superb form for a full season? Will Jerez be the only 'bad' circuit for Stoner and Ducati?
